Firecracker!by debitiptonComment by Jeileen: This is a really interesting subject - I think it is the vibrancy that steals it away. I don't think the layout is the most effective. A portrait layout would provide for more of the stemen (?) to be seen ... The capture of the powdery stuff is awesome. Good job! |

Firecracker!by debitiptonComment by macrothing: 8 - Very nice. Just that middle one needs focusing, then near perfect. Like the pollen capture. Excellent colors. |

Firecracker!by debitiptonComment by Jutilda: Great title. This is a true macro in the sense that it is right in your face and multiplied more times than you could normally see with the naked eye. I wish the focus were on the center stamen instead of the one on the left. |

Senoir portrait 3by debitiptonComment by LoudDog: Very nice! I like the yellow theme created by her shirt and the flowers. The deeper DOF works here and she looks comfortable. THe sun on her head is a distraction, but not that bad. |

Senoir portrait 2by debitiptonComment by LoudDog: 6 more to 1000
Try ore shallow of a DOF to make the model stand out and try to eliminate the distracting part of the sky on the upper left. She looks uncomfortable again, try more natural poses maybe? Or shoot her when she isn't expecting it?
