This would have ad more punch if you would of had a pretty blue sky. You are probably going for the somber gray look with the sky but I think it would be much better in blue for this.

If you have a model release you can sell a lot of these : )

I might try and tweak the skin tone on the feet/lower legs to match the rest, and be careful of over-sharpening -- you are close to getting some haloing, and people expect baby pictures to be "soft."

What a cutie. Good catch on the face exposure. Cake is a bit washed out though. I also may have liked this better if he/she was looking right at the camera. Still I gave it a 7. Good job.
