I think youur photo needs a bit of contrast or something to make it pop out a bit more.
I'm not really a fan of motion blur, but I do like the expression on the monkey's face.

This is a good motion blur photograph and has good focus on his eyes, but I think it need a little photoshop to make it pop. Play with the shadow/highlight tool to bring light to his face, then maybe play with B&W? One thing that really bothers me is the white blur infront of him but im not sure what to do with that.

Not sure what your artistic goal was with the subject. It gives me a bit of a "Clockwork Orange" flashback. But anyways, technically the shot is good for the most part. Saturation and color temperature seem a tad overdone and on the warm side. The thing that detracts for me most is the post-pro evident around the man and edges of the subject: Less photograph, more graphic design kinda feel. Regardless, I like the composition and creative direction you took with this.... I vote a 7
