Hello from the critique club...

Nice portrait. I like the lighting setup. It really works with your model. Also the fact that you chose to do this in b&w is nice. There is one thing that bothers me though. The top of her hair knot is cut off. I would have liked to see the entire hair knot. Also a flower in the hair would have been nice but definitely not required. Overall good shot. Happy shooting.

This is my favorite of the challenge. But, alas, it, too, like the vast majority, misses the "rule" and its importance. To my eye, the main element is the mouth, as it were, eating the spaghetti. So, for maximum impact, it should fall on the lower thirds hot spot but misses the intersection. The solution is so easy too. Simply crop off the image bottom up to the intersection of the line (piece of spaghetti) with the left edge of the frame. Try it and sit back and marvel at the difference.
