wow i think this is cool but it mainly meets the challenge just through the title. I think in order to make it more clear that it is supposed to be an x-ray it would help to show more of the person's body. It's good having it out of focus but having more there would make it clear that it isn't just a skeleton.

I didnt see the eyes until I came back to comment. I was just thinking that I would have liekd to have see the skull on clean black background when I noticed them. Cool effect. I hope others dont miss it like I did first time around. Bumping up 1.
