This is a good shot but when I first looked at it I had a different impression regarding the risk. I thought the risk was either taking on a renovation job that was over your head or flipping a house in a terrible housing market. Not sure if the "fish eye" look was intentional and I'm not sure I care for it. Otherwise this is a very good shot. The lighting and exposure are both good.

Really like the way this horse is shown against the background and sky. (Have to agree about the other horse being distracting - maybe if he/she were of a similarly subdued colour.)
