The Great Western Railroad by MAKComment by roadends: Wow, I'm surprised that #2 and #3 winners in this contest both have really obvious halos in the images. I would have thought that is one of the biggest no nos in crafting a photo. It certainly is on a professional level. This contest really helped give me a better understanding of the cross section of people on this site.
But congrats on the ribbon, it's still a great photograph in many other ways.

Fill light, highlights & shadows and curves with noise ninja will all work to get this result.
