I think you've captured a great Black & White Photograph. It's so stark, so captivating! The lighting on that building across the street is great, and the moonlight breaking through the dark clouds. . . You've even been able to capture the "pedestrian" crosswalk" sign on the other side of the street. The small puddle at the bottom of the sign, - - it's a great photo.

This is a really moody shot. The eyes seem to be drawn towards the single bright light on the far corner of the building. The only problem is the spot near the top centre of the frame, is it rain on the lens?
