Nice composition and use of negative space. I like that you have managed to keep the second eye visible. It definately adds to the feeling conveyed.

I would suggest cloning out the white on the collar as it's a little distracting. Also - you seem to have pushed the contrast quite a bit, which is really effective in the region of the eyes, but has left the lips looking redder than they would ordinarily.
