This piture would fit better in a portrait challenge. For portrait it gets a 6 but for street photography it gets a 3.

Not so keen on the high key - it just seems blown out to me though I can see why it might be chosen deliberately to emphasise the snowy environment and harsh light. I do like the composition very much indeed as well as the perfect blurring of the background - just enough detail remaining to pick out the light globes on their poles. Nice detail in her eyes and certainly makes me question what she's look at and thinking about.
