By Randall Stoutby artvetComment by ThingFish: Bizarre but beautiful with lovely flowing curves and lines contrasting each other. Very nice B&W conversion with great contrast and tones. Likely to finish in the top ten. 8 |

Does He Love Me?by artvetComment by snaffles: Greetings from the Critique Club!
Great use of thirds, lovely model with a happy look to her, she knows she needn't ask...he loves her! Dangerously close to glare-y on the shoulder. Interesting use of a macro lens, I think you could have dropped the ISO to 100 and still walked away with a great picture.
The point of the girl's elbow is a little close to the camera and borderline close to appearing huge...be careful of such things! The b/w is fine for this studio shot, the colour pop on the rose is fine. Be careful too about the border, had it been any wider than the hairline it is and I would be squawking that it was too thick.
Overall a very pleasing image, and a very respectable finish for a Free Study entry. Good work!
Feel free to PM me with any questions,
Susan |
