This looks like a somewhat hurried shot so the composition isn't ideal. Obviously the lighting isn't ideal either, but you did a really good job of having just the right shutter speed to give a sense of action. You might try tighter cropping, lopping off the left and bottom. You might also get some improvement by increasing the gamma.

This is rodeo rather than road in my mind. Caught some good action there, but all in all, still a snapshot feel: horizon not level, picture too dark. Turquoise thing in the foreground, budlight cut off.

Ouch! Good subject, but too much distracting stuff arround. Maybe more telephoto if your camera has it and tighter croping if you can.
