nice try, but i like the shot with the pencil better. i still applauid your originality. the text here doesn;t really convey "habit" and you really can;t show chew marks on a pen as well as on a pencil. this shot is lacking that feeling of a habit.

This is a beautiful image. I love the mood, tone and symmetry. (Haven't had that first cup of coffee, so excuse any spelling errors). This challenge was difficult to interpret by voters, as I think serendipity means different things to different people. Here, hmm, a just discovered insight as the result of meditation? Could be. Discussions which resulted in a new friendship or relationship? Self-discovery? Whatever, it obviously meant something to you and the picture says much to me. Sorry I missed this during the voting. I would have given it a 10. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful sense of perspective. The texture of the sand is great. I'd love to see the end of the shadow and the grass fully in frame. The sky is great.
