Apple of the Eyeby charliebakerComment by puzzled: The apple and the two candles in front are in nice focus. I would've liked to see the back candle in better focus. I like the way the apple is lit on only the top quarter. Can't really see Waldo unless he/she is a tiny reflection in the left candle. |

Appealby charliebakerComment by Crisik: beautiful silhouette and sort of intriguing mechanism (for me at least). I would just prefer the apple to shine less (or with a different shine?) |

Appealby charliebakerComment by f-32: Interesting photo. Good lighting control. I'm torn though. I keep wanting to see some color on this - in the peel or handle of the paring tool, but it's good b&w! |

Appealby charliebakerComment by 4score: Really nice photo! The lighting is so interesting...combined with the B&W. You've made the apple look almost artificial...or glass-like....whicj is really neat, with it being inside a glass bowl. I think you spent a lot of time with this...and it shows! |

Bovineby charliebakerComment by davidx76: Should never has placed this low - like previous comments this is so much better than the 'snapshot' entries. Better luck next time. |
