Bet I'm not the first to post a 'candles' comment by saying it looks like a set of candles : )
Painted light? A beautiful job however it was done. Less keen on the flower in the bottom right - maybe even better without it? The other two are absolutely spot on though.

intense, red, oversaturated.... watch your gamut warning next time. I know you wanted it to be intense. But there are other ways: lowering the midtones, and slightly desaturating at the same time, or making two layers and blend them via "multiply", adjusting opacity.
