SEAGULL IN FLIGHTby nivlekComment by Covert_Oddity: Ever since I went out a while back and tried to do a couple of shots like this, I realise they're not as easy as they look! You have great detail here, and it's interesting that the whole thing is quite greyscale while actually being in colour. |

Port Kemblaby nivlekComment by Ken: Nice job for a 1st conversion. It's amazing what you can do, and I suggest a good book if you don't already have one to get the most out of it. |

SEAGULL IN FLIGHTby nivlekComment by kellymk: Very nice!!! Were you on a boat? Am I correct in guessing that you did quite a major desat and decontrast on the water to lift out the whites of the bird? I wonder if you need to do a little more of a blend on the edges? (Just my thoughts , take or leave) Beautiful crisp in flight detail (and boy I know that can be hard to get, and love the landing gear coming out (lol). Beautiful shot. |

SEAGULL IN FLIGHTby nivlekComment by Tammster: Oooh. I didn't think much of this when I clicked the thumbnail but the large picture is impressive. You captured great details in the wings! Care to post details about your shot? |
