I like the contrast and "silvery" effect. As far as the tonemapping, the thing that jumps out is the haloing around the treeline, especially on left side. It's very easy to overdo it and this can really be seen in thumbnails more than actual size.

A great sharp capture of the finish........a little tight on the crop for me cause there is nowhere for them to move into.........Also, a quick run through of some noise reduction software could get rid of the noise in the background too...............

Great shot. It reminds me of some swap cards I had as a kid, with great horses like Tulloch featured in similar style.
