It's never too late!by eirasiComment by cowbird123: Very clever. I've got a friend who irons her clothes while wearing them. She's burned herself more than once! Would like the background to be less busy. |

It's never too late!by eirasiComment by soccerdad: Dude, its too late.
But, this is a great photo. Crisp, clear, appropraite background, and an emotional connection (we have all been there.) Good luck. -8 |

It's never too late!by eirasiComment by BikeRacer: This is a great shot. the tone, focus, dof and appearance of captured action are spot on. but, the photo seems to represent action more than the object - i hope that doesn't take away from the score. good luck! |

It's never too late!by eirasiComment by airatic: Cute, nice candid (or setup candid) and very humorous. Good color and sharpness, DOF is perfect. Glad you only show the torso, great shot. |

Breakfast for twoby eirasiComment by GeneralE: Originally posted by eirasi: Thanks for nice comments and thanks for you people who understands me and can see both the person reading the newswpaper (the words) and also the lonly person drinking the coffee and the not so tasty peace of bread :) |
I think your point could be more emphasized by:
*Bring the toast and coffee closer to the foreground edge
*Turn the cup handle more towards the front, and perhaps add a spoon in the saucer with the handle facing the viewer
*Consider accentuating these effects by using a vertical crop/composition, so you can get those elements closer to the foreground
Right now, the toast and coffee look as much like they've been discarded by the reader as they are the breakfast of the viewer ... your title made me study the hands, to see if there were TWO people behind that "large" newspaper dining on something perhaps more satisfying than toast : ) Message edited by author 2004-07-21 04:19:52. |
