Thanks for all your comments... as You pointed out maybe was a little too much overexposed (but that was my intention: contrast between the bottle and the liquid) and cropping didn't help to the composition... I am just learning B&W!
By the way... the glass is moving on purpose.
Let's see how the shoes goes :)

Well I don't think the milk is the main focus here. Instead it's the baileys bottle. Would have been better if it was a booze theme hehe. And the glass of milk is overexposed.

Composition and sharpness are really good. Black&white works for me here. However, I am very distracted by that big blown highlight at the bottom left. It appears on my monitor as a big monochromatic white spot.

The set up is off. It is unbalanced due to everything being shoved to the left and nothing to balance it on the right. Also, the foreground glass is overexposed and it really obscures the focus of your pic (the Baileys bottle).
