I use Fotofusion by Lumapix to handle collages, wedding invitations, birth announcements, etc.

You can do, in Photoshop, everything that Fotofusion can do. The difference is that Fotofusion does it all in about 1/10th the time. That's YOUR time that it is saving. The time that you would spend "fiddling" with images in Photoshop. So with Fotofusion I can be far more creative because I have time to be creative.
