Yeah, if my main light had been firing, the hair light would not have appeared nearly so strong. See discussion here of the huge mistake I made.

I really like the highlights on the painbrush strokes, and the way it has put detail where it is needed on the faces, and very broad brush strokes with little or no detail around the edges of the frame. Very nice.

The large catch light is a 5'x2' softbox which is up close to him. The smaller catch light (not quite dead center) is a 2' square softbox at the back of the room (used as a fill light). It's actually a couple of feet higher than him, which is why I'm sure it's not dead center. :-)
