My thanks especially go out to mhoogendyk, whose not only enjoyed the photo, but gave my daughter an ego boost as well.
And also to menardmam who, if only for a fleeting moment, was impressed enough to wonder if my photo might have been Heida's work. (what an honor! and even more so because she left a comment too)

He loves me, he loves me not...by dwterryComment by DougPaz: There were a number of "He loves me..." entries in the challenge but this was by far the best. The yellow flowers against her black dress and the flow of her hair reall make the shot. Excellent job. |

He loves me, he loves me not...by dwterryComment by photom: Woo hoo. This is my 2500th comment. I guess you win some sort of lottery or something. The image is well shot. I like the way you've placed the flowers - except for the one behind her left arm. The model's look is perfect and I love the wind-blown look to her hair. A small point - the necklace and the earring seem to be connected - a bit awkward. Too bad the sky was not more blue up near her head. The white clouds hurt it a bit. But - it certainly meets the challenge - and is an excellent submission too. Thanks for sharing. |
