I think the earring sticking out from behind her hair is a little distracting, since it's rather bright, but other than that, this is awesome. Her eyes are great in this one, too.

The colours are perfect, there is one little hair that is sticking up (on the left side of her head) and it shows against the bg pretty plainly, so I would clone out, but that's about it as far as critique goes...
