This would have been a nice photo if you used a faster shutter speed and a flash and then bring in your photo to Photoshop and adjust levels and brightness/contrast to improve the dark image. Remember that you can recover much of the detail in your images that are underexposed and not clipped in your histogram. But this is a night shot and I know they are tough to do.

Try downloading the demo version of Neat Image, it will drastically improve the noise that you have in your photo. It̢۪s improved my photos tremendously.
