Challenge link: strong.

Image critique: a bit dull but it works. However, it may have been better to focus on the handset and thumb, since this is where the indecision lies. Composition is OK.

Out of challenge interest: weak.

Nice color in the sky, city is ok, but the blue thing in the foreground is ugly (not your pic, the ehmm well ehmm the thing) and a different pov or a different crop could help.

I just recalibrated my monitor to be sure. This feels too dark to me. If it were brightened up, I could give it 2-3 more poionts in my vote.
