yes, you have acheived technical bokeh, but, unfortunately, you have not put it to good use... here, the background is more of the subject than the leaf, and that's too bad. this is one image where you really could have taken advantage of advanced editing rules. if you had boosted the saturization on the leaf itself and cropped off the right 2/3s of the image, you would have had something to capture attention and entertain the eyes...as is, my eyes wander, searching for a subject. good luck!
