I dont know if everyone see's the pics in the same order, but yours follows an absoloutly stunning pic of 3 hot air balloons, my first reaction to yours was to mark it down without thought, so dont be disappointed if others feel the same.
Its a point I never considered, that your score depends on what the viewer saw before.Maybe thats why some of my pics bombed out so badly.

Fantastic photo. I would have liked to see his/her full body, including feet, but that would have probably eliminated the point you were making with the crowd on the sidewalk. It's a trade off I guess. Still, good photo.
