The DOF and angle are great and this is one of the few times I think the border works. I don't care for the way the watch/clock is cut off along the top edge.

something is wrong with your orange, not orange enough plus I would have removed the seeds because they distract the eye

mmm, juicy. definite improvement over the original. I think that your dof is fairly shallow though - it would have been nice to have all of the photo in sharper detail. good composition
