Looks like serious noise reduction on the right (or DOF didn't quite catch all of the other eagle or something) but the drama is evident regardless of technicals. Only thing I might try and "fix" would be to burn the pupil and outline of the eagle on the right to see if I could bring out more detail there and re-color/burn where the sky looks to be bleeding into the wing. I am still much more impressed by this capture than a technically perfect portrait.

Very dynamic image. It seems to be cropped a little tight to me. Maybe that's just my preference. It is well done though.
