A cool title for a cool photo. I haven't seen crop dusters in a long time.

I think the shot has a lot of potential, but may have suffered from a couple of minor issues.
1) the cropduster is pointed away as if it was captured in passing rather than on purpose - DPC voters love effort and over the top in your face shots
2) the sky is a bit blotchy, likely due to the resizing artifacts
3) I think the light on the crops is excellent but it seems that the darkness of the leaves on the trees swollowed up the light and gave the image a darker than intended feel

We have a lot of these ducks with the lumpy faces near me as well ('course I'm not that far from you!) I have not been able to get a shot as clear and detailed as this one, though. I suppose I ought to look up something about this species sometime.

Do NOT mess with mockingbirds! I see them chasing off bigger birds all the time, not to mention people and other large creatures who venture too near their nests. Really great capture!
