This is one of the few tilted images that works. Great light. I like how her left eye has the single catch light in it. Quite lovely.

Good attempt. I like it for the challenge theme. However, I think you would have achieved a more noir mood if the light was tighter on the subject. He's holding up his hand like he is being spotlighted/blinded. So if you were able to concentrate the light on his upper torso, and left the surrounding area darker, this would have been a stronger image.

Looks good, but for me it's lacking some tension. It could use some shadow play. For example, a bright flashlight shining down on the guy or a large silhouette of the guy he's being chased by might have given the image more of an edge, IMO.
