Nope. Too dark and too light. The pose does not come across as threatening - the "assailant's" right hand looks like it is in his pocked, and (maybe just my monitor), it is too dark to see anything threatening in his left hand. Also, the tilt of his head is more inquiring than threatening.
The pattern in the floor, and texture of the bricks in the floor and the walls is very nice.
