I like the lighting, but this shot isn't as interesting as the others. It seems static. I think to have it up to par with the other shots the drummer needs to ooze some more feeling, maybe by catching him with his arms up higher, hitting a cymbol. As it stands, the bit of blur from shutter speed on his hand is too understated from being in a dark area.
