The unfortunate results of either a very low res camera (<2MPx) or incorrect downsampling techniques, but the sky moire and the excessive sharpening in the trees keeps this from scoring high at all on the technical side. And given the fact that these technical faults pull the rainbow out of the shot completely, I'm at a loss to rank it conceptually, either. A regretable 1.

Cool photo. Hobby, passion maybe...habit no. The jagged phone line in the top left corner should have been cropped out. I'm feeling like the sky and the trees in the background are a bit too dark but I do like the contrast of the white beech tree against the darker trees and the sky.

couldn't you have found a prettier model? Nice pic despite the subject. might have burned the windows a bit, plus the glow off GKs forehead. a little more contrast would be nice, but that's just my preference.
on another note...isn't he the cetre of attention enough? :)

Lost a little bit for the wire in the upper left corner, but I really like the overall mood of this image. The black and white is an interesting medium for expressing a rainbow.
