Reminds me of the Sahara. Very nicely captured. I like the composition, especially the negative space and the way the flow of the sand guides my eye around. Stark contrast between sand and mountains works well for me. Focus is excellent throughout. I love the detail of the sand in the shadow in the center of the photo. My only nit, and it's minor really, is that I would have cloned out two spots on the image ... one in the lower left corner and one just below the ridgeline of the sand about 20% in from the left. This is among my top picks this challenge.
