A very powerful picture if put in the right context. I would have cropped it more on the left, and looked for a bit more space on the right and bottom.

This is a great shot for this challenge. The way you've highlighted the rice really helps it stand out, although it does look just a little forced. Perhaps a softer border between the light and dark would have helped with that. Also, the excess dark background on the left side of the hand is a little distracting. A square crop with a centered composition might have improved this a little. Still a fantastic shot, thouth.

the white triangle in the lower right takes away from the image imo... Plus im not too sure what im looking at, i see the upper form as a arm but have no clue what the lower form is, especially with the triangle in the lower right. I think also rotating the image 90 clockwise would have been a better orientation.
