It's a good photo, and I've scored it accordingly, but for me, some of the black/grunge areas are overdone and over the top - especially around the teeth and gums. Either that or she needs to see a dentist, quick!

I like the photo, and the composition etc are all very good. It looks like you used draganizer? I find all the "grungy" black specks everywhere a bit distracting if I'm being honest.
