She is definately good looking :) I have an impression if she lowered her chin it could help. This way, you are focused on her chin, lower lip and the ring of course. The most important element - the eyes are not the main subject in the portrait. I like the strand of hair, howerever if you want this to look wet (it looks a bit wet to me) maybe some water on her face could increase the impression.
