love it. who would've thought that tan bark could add so much to a shot. great lighting and i love those clouds against the blue sky. great shot. i would say lose the purse though.

nice job, I find these are one of the hardest shots for me to get. I noticed her shadow is going off to the left, did you use flood lights to help illuminate her? Also, do you still just expose for her and the background takes care of itself? Very curious. On another note, do you think she would mind if you tried to darken her tan lines? I find they stand out a bit too much but not sure how easy it would be to fix.

A very striking pose and very colorful (she reminds me of Nicole Kidman). The skin tones are also expertly rendered. My only nitpick is with the eyes. Sharp eyes in a portrait are important - the young ladies eyes in this photo though almost look *too* sharp - a little over processed perhaps? I would also suspect the whites of her eyes were adjusted, but there remains a pink fringe towards her left tear duct which really stands out because of ithe adjustment.
