Sorry, IMO blurry does not equal artistic. The main thing that attracts the eye here is a big white blob top center.

Interesting composition, but my eye doesn't feel like it has anything with detail to focus on. The lighting looks good and I like the suggestion of colors in the background.

Problem area: I think the middle portion of the stick is the focal point. Unfortunately, that is where most of the harsh light it, so you eye kinda wants to look there, but then you want to look away.

Its only a sign. There is no substance other then the stop sign in this photo and in my opinion makes for a fairly boring picture. Perhaps if it were a straight on shot or something similar. Good luck on this challenge.
