I don't see the rustey boom as the main subject. If I weren't looking for rusted subjects I would miss it here.

I like colors and focus and point of view.
I would have preferred less depth of field and a lot more cropping. Even though there is rust on the fence, it detracts from the central point of the picure, as does the opposite shore, other boater, and ramp.
