It's really tough to do motion panning like this I'm sure... but the bird is a little bit blurry. If it were in clear focus it would greatly increase the impact of the shot. I would also suggest adding a bit more contrast. Good try! :)

Nice shot. Unfortunately the eagles right wing disappears into the trees and looks funny. If you had of desaturated the background a bit then his wing may have been there still.

On second look I think this would have benefited from a tighter crop. Cropped right above the crane would have brought more focus to the light rays that I completely missed the first time through because my eyes were drawn to the dark cloud in the upper right.
