The cool blue tones and black horizon profile make this pic communicate emptiness cq desolation. The sun trough the sky adds a point of interest. Even the mountains far away add to this in a split second. Somehow, despite the lack of a really strong point of interest, this my favourite for this challenge. |

Aloneby a1leyez0nm3Comment by Pidd: This is a beautiful photo, but rather than evoking a feeling of desolation, the rays of light shooting out from behind the clouds give me more a sense of hope and peace. The title alone doesn't alter this perception. Wonderful shot though. |
