Image looks out of focus. It's hard to say if this is caused by the amount/level of compression used when saving as jpg or if it was originally captured this way.

Good effect. It looks like, to me, that you've over-sharpened (?) because it is kinda blurry around the edges (like at the top of the trees).

How many times did you compress this to get that much JPEG fuzziness, sorry but it makes it very difficult to judge the photo.

Yup, shor is. Good photo. A little too much compression artifacts. With all the detail, that would have been a problem, possibly you should have reduced the size before you compressed it. Then you could have gotten away with less compression and still stayed under the limit.
