Nice, clean and simple. I would've cropped a bit tighter at the bottom to exclude that black band formed by the wave - it distracts a bit. Also then your composition will conform to the rule of thirds (not that it has to, but personally I feel it would give it a bit more of a balanced feel) and have more of a sense of calmness which it prortrays nicely.
