I am normally a fan of soft focus images that are done well. This one seems to be done well, but IMHO it's not the best subject for one. Once again IMHO a water drop shot should be nice and sharp...

This image speaks to me of silent or passive energy. The lighting highlights his face perfectly and the harsh light at the bottom adds to the power of the image. It would make a good cover image for a book on The Tao or something like that. The duotone really enhances the impact of the lighting. The more I write the more I like it. Good Luck.

I hate the rose of sharron, it grows like a weed here in tennessee, but I might give a try again after looking at this shot. One of the nicer flower shots in the challenge.
