Well I am assuming a lot because of the red striped in the background (don't really know about the cigar). I am assuming Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky. You might have created your own, that's got nothing to do with Bill or Monica, but something like this would make people think of things that's fed into their brains by the media, and you have to accept that, don't you think?
If it's really that famous case, I am wondering what the conspiracy is here. When we all find out that it actually happened, it's no longer a conspiracy, is it?

A cleaverly placed drop of ' telltale ' milk would have been too much for many yet may have garnered another point from some ... tastefully done works well too! Wish he had run for 'Vice' prez with the Bush so that we may have ended up with him should the Prez have becomed 'disabeled' on one of his vacations!

Ya know, it took me a moment (ok, several) to figure this out...are you referring to former President Bill Clinton? Without the title, I wouldn't know that this photo represented a conspiracy compared to other entries in this challenge.
