That is a crushing cloud. Ouch! Not only does it steal the light but scares the hell out of some people. Bumping up to 7 even though the oversharpenning artifact are present.

Love this one, looks like it could be a huge storm? Great photo, love the whole atmosphere of panic and chaos until I scroll down and don't see any people running in the streets for saftey. Only think I would have done is maybe cropped the bottom a little higher, at the roof level to give the view a view of the unknown... are the people running for saftey? Hight Marks.
