A nice idea which does illustrate proportion. This image fails asthetically, however. It lacks impact and visual interest outside of the interesting texture of the bark.

I like the diaganols of this shot and how the hand is coming from the upper left corner. Whatever the white thing is is the couch is annoying. I like the looking into the couch, framed by the cushions. I think the cushions would draw less attention if they were a little darker though.

Nice picture. I like the way the candy and hand are in focus and the couch isn't. I seem to find more potato chip crumbs in my couch than candy - they aren't nearly so photogenic!

Great use of color in the candies. The out of focus seats are making me feel clastrophobic, which maybe was your intention but I feel like the "cieling and floor" are closing in on me. I would try to at least get one of them in focus. Also I'm having trouble "finding north" ....which way is up and down, also due to the DoF, that is probably another unsettling thing about this pic. I do like it thou (7)
