His jaw looks wired shut. The lighting and background are very good. The model needs to look a bit more relaxed.

I would have voted this a ten if just the tree was in color............. with the grass and small circle of rocks at the bottom in color too. Having the grass desaturated, the cloud shadows on the left would have given it a dynamite amount of contrast and balanced the entire picture to perfection. With one or two of the lone rocks on the left side left in color it would have been a spectacular picture.
